They act as if they are doing you a favor. I won't be going back there.

It's always bustling due to its prime location right across from the courthouse and a short distance from the Hollywood police station. The service is consistently quick and efficient, making it a well-managed franchise.

When I finally reached the speaker, they asked me to hold on, which was understandable at first. However, after another 5 minutes, I politely inquired if they were still open, only to be informed that they only accepted cash. They should have mentioned that sooner! I was already feeling frustrated with the long wait for just two cars to be processed. It would have greatly improved the customer experience if they had communicated this information upfront or even posted a sign.

Each time I go for an eye exam, it tends to take a bit longer than usual, but that’s due to her careful and thorough approach. Even though I live quite a distance from her office, I prefer to see her rather than local eye doctors. Additionally, I always receive a warm welcome from Edith at the front desk, who does an excellent job and is consistently friendly and pleasant. It’s truly a great team, and I wouldn’t want to switch to anyone else.
