What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Since the new management took over and renovated the restaurant, the wait times have increased to at least 20-30 minutes, and the service is not up to par. Today, I waited 31 minutes just to place an order for two items, with only one person ahead of me. The food wasn't even hot when I received it. I had to eat in a cramped corner on a paper-thin table. Disappointed. I haven't been to this place for two years, but today I ordered an icy latte and got milk. I can't even taste the espresso and look at the color, it's just milk. I usually love Dunkin’ lattes, but I can’t even drink it. don't think I'm back on this place.
Love this dunkin! The guy at the drive thru is great! Remembers my order every time and always has a great attitude!
I EXTREMELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN !!! I CAN NEVER HAVE A GOOD MORNING COFFEE ITS NEVER MADE RIGHT AND THE TALL GUY ALWAYS HAVE AN ATTITUDE. AND THE MANAGER LOOKS LIKE SHE CANT HANDLE IT AS WELL, LIKE DUDE IF U DONT WANT TO WORK STAY HOME ITS PEOPLE LIKE ME THAT LOVES TO GET UP AND GO TO WORK AND LOVE TO GRAB A COFFEE ON THE WAY . I do not recommend this DD after 7pm. Their supposed to close at 9pm. They lock the doors whenever they feel like it
Christmas Eve morning my daughter and I went to get her birthday drink. It was very busy and a customer in front of us said some pretty rude comments to one of the employees. The employee instead of telling the customer to leave started to verbally fight back. They were yelling and cussing at each other. The store was full of customers and yet another employee joined in. Never have I witnessed anything like this. There was even a child in there. Very unprofessional. When the customer said she would call corporate a guy employee yelled at her not too. Then two guys were laughing about it and he looked at everyone in the lobby and told us all this is no joke and for all of us to know this. I was very upset over the matter and it didn't start my holiday morning off well. I am from out of town and would never go here again. Very ghetto
