My family and come here everyday for breakfast, 1/2 the times they're out of English muffins and large ice coffee/tea cups. So what are you suppose to do when you're hungry you order something else, we also ordered bacon egg and cheese wraps and they putthe tiniest piece of possible other times we'll go mid afternoon and they claim they are out of ice tea, and when you ask howthey could be out so early, they get rude... I went to this Dunkin a few times and the food and coffee are always pretty good and the place looks clean, but the service is getting worse. You are not going to hear a ?good morning? ?thank you? ?goodbye? from the staff. They won?t even look at you. View all feedback.
I come to this napkin every morning and every morning our meal is in some way grounded. It seems like there's never a manier in duty as the staff is. You? ll re ask you what you got in your order when you get to the windows. The food is sloppy and never really combined. This morning we came in and ordered a bagel, wake up packs and coffee and everything in our order had something wrong with it. It's a bad business and it's a shame. We were asked to pull the other day because our order was not ready. 15 minutes passed, so I went in to check and they just forgot us. Probably it was the worst guy I ever had in South Florida. We always came back to give them the advantage of doubt, because every person is and makes mistakes, but this store is just a mess. I won't return. It needs a complete make-over. Corporate should definitely go to this business and do a complete retraining.
The staff is excellent, they all work together to serve the customer table.

So a sweet morning / early afternoon man! We come here all the time and everyone is always in good mood. You always get our orders right. Love her!
This location was good , I used the drive thru and was pleased with the experience. Fast and accurate orders.
