Went to Oscars for early dinner on Sat. 3/12. It was very quiet, we were the only to guest room while we were there. Our service, provided by Oscar was excellent. Out food was quick hot and very tasty. I had the Calina's special, it was wonderful. My sweetie had the Oscar's special, he liked his also although he said the green sauce was spicier than he expected. A nice little out of the way Mexican dining experience. I had visited in the past for a good old American breakfast also and then as pleased with both service and food.. on top of all that, Oscar is. Great guy! Skip the chains, Dine Local!
I had been craving nachos for a few days and decides to cave to the craving and chose to go to Oscar's with my daughter tonight. The dining room is clean and welcoming without being over the top cluttered like some restaurants can be. The server (I'm assuming he was the owner by the way he talked and presented himself) was extremely attentive and helpful. My daughter had the quesadilla Verde and I was pursuaded by the regulars a few tables over to try the hot spicy burrito. And it did not disappoint. I will definitely be back to try more items on their menu.
Had the judgment of the devil absent the Jalapenos, came with salsa, which was an ingenious touch Lol! Of course it was really good. Nice staff and on point with the order
The guys and I at work get take out from here a couple times a months. Love the devils plate.
