Dunkin' - Tallmadge

Very disappointed in this location. Did mobile order to pick up in store. Literally waited a total of 40 minutes to get my order. They were not that busy. After waiting sandwiches were not hot. While standing at the counter employees just walked past.Yet, running to counter for others. Never been treated like that at any other location.

Every time I go to the Dunkin Donuts off Tallmadge circle they mess my order up! Today I ordered plain bagel with butter and strawberry cream cheese on the side not toasted! What they do slap a ton of butter on the bagel smh I asked for a iced coffeethey give me a hot one that?s just the drive thru. I went in yesterday I seen 3 people get their items before mine and theyordered after me!!! Never again

Line moves quickly. Best coffee. Very good donuts. Just please don't put chocolate covered donuts upside down on other donuts.

Very poor service no manager on duty so they say they can't do anything to fix a problem. I was told to fix the problem I would have to wait till the next day and come back to talk to the manager. Food was not good, I had a bagel sandwich and the bagel wasso hard it was almost inedible. Worker repeatedly had to take out earphone in order to hear the order, as well as ringing up myhot tea that I asked for as iced. While sitting and eating, also saw a customer walk in, no one came to the counter to take theorder, then walk out about 2 minutes after.

They're always so friendly and sweet at the drive through here, I'll go out of my way to visit this location every time! Iced coffee is consistently good!
