Unfortunately the cha... read more White linnen restaurant with waiters below 21 years old. Great food! Nice plates and good tastes. The chef knows how to make great dishes. Unfortunately the chain from the ideas to the guest is not flawless. Our last dish came out cold and dry, but would have been excellent with adequate timing. The wine pairing was dubious. A few of the pairings was fantastic, and others where far below the level we paid for. One in our group couldn't drink red wine, and they could not offer a wine package to the degustation Menu. When asking for an alternative, the question from the waiter was about price of the wine not about what would match the menu. They gave us expectations from the prices, presentation and style that they didn't deliver.

The waiter was very conversational, and very disappointed that we asked for the bill, which was a mess. We were a group but making the calculations to how much each person was supposed to pay, even when we split equal, was a nightmare.

Every detail, from the stunning architectural features and cozy log fires to the warm, relaxing atmosphere, sets the stage for a remarkable meal. For my starter, I chose the Nasturtium, a fresh and vibrant dish that showcased the restaurant’s commitment to local, organic Estonian flavours. My main course, the Venison, was exquisite—tender, rich, and beautifully presented. The menu's focus on quality seasonal ingredients and partnerships with small Estonian farms and producers shines through in every bite. The taste of Estonia is delightfully celebrated here. I want to give a special mention to Evelina for her outstanding service. She made the experience even more memorable with her warm hospitality, expert knowledge, and genuine care for ensuring everything was perfect.
