The place was so good, went there twice a day: the waiters are very friable and they always ask if this is your first time there so that they can explain to you the menu, sections, levels of spicy, etc. the menu is very diverse, and the food is very delicious. What Brian Yim Tam doesn't like about Texas Honky Tonk Cantina:
Atmosphere and service are fine. Food is Texas/TexMex themed, on the pricier side for Tallinn. Taste was decent, but a little overpriced for my liking the ero style wings are made with carolina reapers (spiciest chilli in the world) and will blow your head off!
