Sonic Drive-in - Tallahassee

We use in the rule the check-in feature on the sonic app and the service is fast eating well. If you forget everything, we can simply press the button on the menu and get it out. the service in the drive thru is sometimes iffy, but overall a good experience

Oh my goodness this place was soooooooo slow. I ordered through the app but ended up waiting over 15min for my food. The food was good, hot, and correctly prepared. They even got the order of sauces right. The cargo did apologize for the wait. Order ahead get drinks 1/2 off.

Staff was nice. The wait was over 12 minutes, hence the 3 stars. I can't say I would recommend the Diet cherry limeade. But, I would say it would be fine as a regular drink that's Not diet.

I used to really like going here but the customer service has slipped. Orders are not correct and it's something as simple as asking for no pickles add they put five on the burger??!! My wife ordered an all American dog w mustard ketchup and onion and got a order of chilli tots instead. No offer to discount the food for the messup or refund for the incorrect item?? Sad.

I always come here and eat I love it we’ll use to, my card wasn’t working in drive thru for some reason and I left to get cash and pulled up to the window they handed me cold food that they made as soon as I placed my order which I understood but I’ve worked in restaurants for over 10 years and if a customer returns and their food is cold it is to be re made ! The guy told me he won’t re make my food because I wasn’t payment ready Will never be returning
