I do love Chipotle, but this one is beyond. One experience I had was as I was ordering, the girl making my bowl proceeded to rake the fallen food off of the counter and throw it back into the food to be served. I was appalled and she didn't seem to care that I called her out on it. I went yesterday and they were out of avocado's, veggies, black beans and sweet tea. The sweet tea seems to be all the time. And if you question the staff about anything, there is always an attitude that comes with an explanation. And they are getting skimpy on their portions.
Honestly so disappointed in this location. My boyfriend only eats rice, beans, and chicken. No veggies, no cheese, nothing else. Upon trying to order extra rice and beans, was told that it wasn’t possible. Honestly I wouldn’t mind paying for it, I just don’t want my boyfriend to stay hungry. No guac, no sour cream, no queso, but showing the tub of sour cream right on the line (I do enjoy all the veggies, sour cream, and whatnot) Was told it’s for online orders only. Was telling my boyfriend I was sad because I usually order online but I wanted to celebrate my pregnancy by eating at a restaurant, and Chipotle was my favorite, and then one of the workers chimes in saying “too late now”. Staff wasn’t polite, customer service was lacking. I honestly just wanted to leave the food at the counter and leave, but I sadly paid and took the food home. Don’t think I’ll ever be going there again.
Waited in line for forever, while ordering the guy was rushing us and didn’t even listen to what we wanted, just put things in our bowl we didn’t even want.. my salad tasted okay until i found in the most likely unwashed lettuce, a dead bug. the service was disappointing, people around us were complaining. sorry guys, do better.

I feel like the people who come here or, like me, wait until they move around to actually make their online orders, no creativity in making restaurants decisions. they can get better food for the same price elsewhere
Tldr: Awful experience at Appalachee location. Mold all over drink machines. Out of everything but still charged full price. Came an hour before closing and they were just about out of everything. Disappointing but somewhat understandable that a restaurant could have a busy day and run out of stuff. The problem was that there were no veggies of any kind. Only green option was guacamole, which is an extra charge. Considering that I would ordinarily load my bowl down with lettuce, pico, onions peppers at no extra cost, the guacamole should have been a free substitute for all of these items. Nope. Paid nearly $30 for two bowls (one of which was only rice and meat), some chips, and a fountain drink. When I got to the drink machines they were covered in mold and yeast colonies. Absolutely disgusting and honestly ruined my appetite. Everything about the place is run down and nasty.
