Bubba's Pizza - Tallahassee

We love this pizza place! her white pizza is absolutely amazing. we have ordered many paintings from here and have always enjoyed it. also the type that always gives us is very friendly and nice. definitely recommend!

Pizza is great, especially the Bradley's sausage and onions. The garlic knots are not the best, neither are the wings- both were soggy. They also shorted us a topping one time, but the pizza is still pretty darn good.

Pizza is nothing to bat an eye at. It's hand tossed, but we asked for well done and it was still chewy and flimsy. Definitely not New York style. Garlic knots are pretty darn good though, would rather have gotten a full order of them and no pizza. Staff is very friendly.

One thing I have been missing during this stay in Tallahassee is great, NY style pizza. I'm missing San Remos of Bradenton's gooey, delectable pepperoni pizza. So I tried Bubba's last night. 5 stars to the staff! Very friendly and courteous. They even delivered my order out to the car, where I was waiting (sat in the car so I could listen to the music coming from upstairs Corner Pocket). Kudos to the staff! Unfortunately, the restaurant and the pizza get a lower rating. The restaurant just looks tired and old. No frills spent to entice people to dine-in, drink a beer and relax. I ordered a large pepperoni and onion pizza with extra cheese. It is just okay. The crust tasted as if it had been pre-made- flat and no texture. The extra cheese still didn't give it any gooeyness at all, and the sauce is very mild. Not a bad pizza, but not an overly good one either. My quest for a great NY style pizza in Tallahassee will continue.

First visit here was ok second was less than good. When my friends and I went to eat lunch here the atmosphere of the place was laid back and comfortable. Service was spot on and the pizza was adequate at best. The second time we went here one of my friends sent his pizza back because he got bad meat. I personally tried to rationalize the odd flavor as me reacting to his opinion that his was bad. I was wrong! Hours later this became obvious. I just have to say I am sad because I really wanted to like the place but will not be returning.
