We all tasted every plate and dessert at the table. It's good to roll with such friends. The best food I've ever eaten. The service was also great. What we really love is the family behind this place and the atmosphere you see and feel during the experience!

Sustainable agriculture! Home grown food! Farm fresh eggs! Superb food...everything I’ve had there was over the top. Love the seafood and grits and crab cake dish. And it’s four minutes from home!

Loved walking through the gardens on our way into the restaurant! Everything on the menu sounded so delicious it was hard to select, but we were pleased with our choices! The Truffle Bruschetta was gorgeous in presentation and fabulous in taste. I had a light fare “zoodle” dish with veggies and shrimp topped with a fresh ginger/curry sauce. Yummy! Hubby had a specialty burger that he quite enjoyed. We topped off the dinner with delicious bread pudding and ice cream served with 2 spoons! All of it To Die For! We will continue to send our Airbnb guests to the Backwoods Crossing to experience fresh creative farm-to-table food!

Outstanding selection of menu items at every price point. Locally sourced ingredients, right from the onsite garden. Particular favorites are the crab chowder, crabcake stack, pork chops, and steak. Enjoy!

This is the best restaurant we have been to in Tallahassee. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. The portion size was PERFECT! This is our new favorite place.
