It took a long time to place my order, and when we finally approached the counter, the woman who was taking orders asked what we wanted but then told me to wait and couldn’t take my order right away. When she eventually did take my order, she seemed more focused on chatting than on serving customers efficiently. When we reached the window, she informed us that they were out of chicken tenders, which was disappointing since she had taken my order earlier without mentioning that they weren’t available. Ultimately, we received our food and left, but the visit was far from enjoyable.

Although the prices were higher than I expected, the service was reasonably quick.

All three of the workers were kind and helpful, especially the older lady who took my order and suggested a better deal than what I originally ordered.

Staff was NOT polite, then again the... read more Do NOT order from this restaurant. Ordered all my food and waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they’re out of everything. Staff was NOT polite, then again the bums are working for minimum wage at the Talladega Alabama KFC….I probably wouldn’t be polite either.You’d probably do better eating the crust from the nasty floors.
