At one point, someone asked what I was stil... read more After waiting in the drive-thru for what felt like an eternity, I paid for my food but ended up waiting even longer. At one point, someone asked what I was still doing there since I hadn’t received my order or a receipt. They even struggled to find the keys to the register in order to make change. When we finally got our food, it included undercooked biscuits, bland fries, and drinks without straws. We also requested ranch dressing but received three different dipping sauces instead. I cannot recommend this place, as our last four visits have been consistently disappointing.

This isn't like the Jack's in Munford or outside of Anniston.I've eaten at several Jack's in the area every time I come to Little Tally.I've almost always gotten really good food decent service and the places have been fairly well cleaned. Impressive.It's about the only chain eatery I will even go to becuase of their quality.NOT THIS ONE...Place is really dirty, floors were filthy, windows, everything had a layer of film to it.Fountain drink dispenser ice chute was completely crusted with water deposits.The employees personal appearance and mannerisms, Bless them wasn't no better. Guess there is a work release program from the chain gang or something in the area.I was staying about 3 miles from the resturaunt, food should have been still warm when I got back.My bacon double and fries looked like they been sitting for hours, not the usual fresh made stuff. Seriously questioned if they dug it out of the discard bin.I couldn't eat it I pitched it.I didn't stop at Jack's on 21 after I left the racetrack like I usually do.I know different store but my stomach rolled at the thoughtDecided I'm packing food from home next trip down.
