A very popular spot on Talence's main square. Always crowded. Finding a seat isn't easy, especially since reservations aren't possible. As for the food, the platters are generous for the price, but the ham could be better quality; the rillettes are excellent. The chocolate mousse is good. A very wide selection of wines. I went there on a concert night; the atmosphere was fantastic and very friendly.

The wine is always top-notch there, and the sunny terrace is so pleasant.

It had been 18 months since my last visit, and while the prices have gone up, the quality of service and the welcome has significantly declined. My partner and I came for a drink and a snack (a slice of truffled ham and cheese on toast). I asked the waiter which wine by the glass he would recommend… the wine, which arrived a good 10 minutes later, was completely unsuitable. I tried several times to get his attention; he even went so far as to take my partner's glass as he walked past our table, but left too quickly for me to speak to him. So I headed to the counter to pay, as we didn't intend to stay any longer. I went there with my glass still full and explained the situation. I was told I should have come earlier, and they handed me the card reader. Despite my explanation, there was no gesture of goodwill. It's truly disappointing that neither the advice nor the customer service is up to scratch. I used to enjoy coming to La Parcelle, but now I'd rather go across the street to Les Halles.

A Bordeaux institution in the world of wine bars, La Parcelle is renowned for its charcuterie boards and wines. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and despite the limited interior space, each group can find a table spaced apart from others. The wines and other products offered are of good quality.
