Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa Langley Park

Worst Sardis chicken restaurant so far, dried rice, green beans probably a year old and the chicken was overwhelmingly seasoned, could not eat it!

Staring being an upgrade option of Perúvian chickens but ended of being an average place. Sauces are too salty, chicken a miniature and the store is dirty. The entrance door is super greasy, and mostly homeless eating inside.

I?ve been ordering from the restaurant for a while, but this time, the order made on ChowNow for this restaurant was very bad. The Brussel sprouts and carrots where hard to chew and tasteless. The rice was not ready and hard to chew. The chicken had too much salt. To be honest, the overall taste was bad.

One star for customer service, five stars for the food. I ordered the 3 dark meat with sides. The Yuca fries were perfectly fried. It's not dry at all. I also recommend the brussel sprouts. The only reason I give them a three stars is because the cashier kept pressuring me to get a fountain drink when I clearly told him that I just want a cup for water. Then he kept asking me whether I want a fountain drink. After I told him several times, his coworker got me a water cup. Then he got really mad at her and start speaking Spanish. Don't treat your customers like they are stupid.

One star for customer service.. the lady taking the payment was rude and tried to take my food back after i paid. Also, the new empanadas on the menu were not cooked all the way. God forbid you let them know. They said, that's how they are cooked. No thank you. Sorry Sardi's you won't be getting any service from me anymore ? I can still taste the raw empanadas in my mouth
