Rustic Steak House - Taihape

Such a good restraunt! Staff are so friendly and meal came very quickly, and it was a great one! First time having steak on a stone and will definitely not be my last! 100% would recomend and definitely going here again!

Called in at 5:30pm on a Friday on the way back from the North. Wow what a place, not sure if the Christmas trees are up all year round but they are amazing! So ouch to take in and so creative. The menu is extensive and has a good range of steaks, burgers, and specials. Also a vast array of drinks and cocktails. Service was 5* and quick. Highly recommend eating and visiting here if your passing through.

This ticks all the boxes of a steakhouse. Dry aged steak done to perfection. Service was great. Nothing better in the Rangitikei as far as I am concerned. Service was good. Would suggest booking in advance. They were busy when we were there.

Great a great find. Excellent meal and wait staff. There where even things hanging from the ceiling. Best chicken wings ever. And the Lamb shank would be hard to beat. Also the Lemon lime and bitters was right up there with the best. A very happy Chappie. Thank you team. Just another one if you want to dine there make sure you ring to book a table. Spent years driving passed and always thought to give it a go. Well worth stopping in. Nice friendly staff and the meal was great. Open Steak sandwich this time and was cooked how a steak should be, medium rare
