I haven't been back to this place for a while but I thought to share my previous experiences. This is one of my favourite Italian restaurants in the BGC/fort area. Its a little bit obsure to find being up on the second floor but I always get good food there. During daytime it can be a bit quiet and lack atmosphere, but great place for evening dining with better ambiance. One of my favourites is the chicken parmigiana... View all feedback.
What thefabtrav doesn't like about TRIO:
The food seems authentic Italian. If you will reserve the place for business, not bad as well. But if you have an alternative place to conduct your session, go else where. View all feedback.
I was here with a friend for dinner. You know how much I loved their trio salad. Contrast in flavor is very unique. We hope to come back to this restaurant.

One of my favourites is the chicken parmigiana, although not traditional in my mind its very nicely made with great flavours. they also have nice thin crust pizza and pastas. I used to also regularly go there for lunch with expat work colleagues, as they also have an outdoor area for sitting for those that like to smoke.

We tried this place one Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. The place was almost deserted except for one other group having their lunch at another booth. The interior look of the place and the furnitures were nice and upscale. But I am pretty sure, the place looks more sophisticated and classy at night, during dinner time. Just that the afternoon vibe made it a little ho-hum. We also didn't hear any background song or sound playing like with other restaurants so we were just hearing the sounds from the kitchen and the servers chatting while waiting around for other customers. Again, could be the lazy afternoon, I don't know. The food we ordered were okay but I guess we were expecting more. But the serving size was satisfying. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and my friend ordered the Lapu-Lapu in Lemon Caper. The prices were reasonable, which is a good thing. Also, the service from the staff was satisfactory.
Located in the posh city, The Fort. This restaurant has a good ambiance that match with a good food. Great Italian cuisine at a reasonable price. Ordered antipasti, meat pizza, seafood pasta and mango panacota for dessert. Will definitely come back with family or friends.
