The food at this restaurant was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere transports you to China with its decor. Two large horse statues welcome you at the entrance, adding to the experience. Although some may find the prices to be a little high, the quality of the food justifies it.
My family (myself, my son, and my husband) enjoyed our New Year dinner at this delightful restaurant. We ordered Pad Thai with shrimp, Chicken Chop Salad, Xiao Long Bao, Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Crab Wontons, and two Crystal Shrimp Dumplings. We were so full that we struggled to finish all the delicious food. The standout dish was the Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps - the best I've ever tasted. The customer service was excellent and the ambiance was lovely, with Chinese statues adding to the atmosphere. During our visit, we noticed that many of the diners were foreigners.
It was my first time dining at P.F. Chang's Restaurant and I was impressed by the wonderful South East Asian ambiance. The restaurant features stone sculptures both inside and along the front door, with function rooms available on the second floor. Parking is available a block or two away. The layout is small yet spacious, creating a fantastic overall ambiance. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, and I particularly enjoyed the "Great Wall of China" Chocolate dessert for Valentine's Day. It brought back memories of my family's visit to the Great Wall of China in 2010. You definitely won't leave the restaurant with an empty stomach.
Excellent starters especially the famous shrimp dynamite, also very tasty orange glazed beef and lovely sweet and sour chicken. ..good friendly service and good ambiance. ..
I have to admit the food was good however my experience here was not the best. i came to this restaurant in December last year and at the time i was in crutches due to a surgery i recently had on my ankle. because of my injury we were unable to get a seat upstairs and were told to wait until a table downstairs was clear. whilst waiting we were informed that we could order our food now, so that when a table is clear the food will be ready as soon as we get seated, so of course that sounded like a great idea and we ordered our meals. after 30 minutes of sitting and waiting for a table to open up. we were told that finally a table had been open but we didnt see a table open... they escorted us to take the seats at the bar and and served us our meals at the bar. my whole family of 7 people including a baby all sitting in a row! it was not an experience i want to encounter again.
