Tucked up on the second floor of Retail 4, (on the front side of the Brewery) in the developing Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City area, is our new favorite place.....Palate. My, my, my! What User doesn't like about Palate Restaurant:
We dropped by this resto for after dinner coffee and dessert. On our way to dinner, we had noticed that there was nobody dining here. It was the same when we went in for dessert. Strange and sad as the place is nicely done, pretty homey and clean with unobstructed lighting. The staff was efficient. The desserts ordered by our group were satisfactory though they tend to border on the pricier end . Will probably try it... View all feedback.

Presentation of food is definitely eye-catching and as young ones put it, "instagrammable". But other than that the food still needs a lot of work in terms of flavor. Maybe they should change their name to Palette instead.

After dining at this restaurant, we were disappointed. Upon arriving, we noticed that the place was empty. The same was true for dessert. It was a shame, as the restaurant was beautifully decorated, with a lovely, quiet atmosphere and good lighting. The staff were efficient. The desserts ordered by our group were decent, although on the more expensive side. Perhaps it's worth trying for dinner instead.
The food presentation at this restaurant is undeniably eye-catching and, as many would say, exceptional. However, the flavors leave much to be desired. Perhaps focusing more on improving the taste rather than the presentation would be beneficial.
