The food at this restaurant is very tasty. It is one of my preferred Filipino restaurants. The prices are reasonable. Well done, guys.

I enjoyed the preparation of Filipino food at this restaurant. Our group, which consisted of about 20 hungry individuals, ordered a variety of dishes including Bagoong Fried Rice, Laing Two Ways, Crispy Boneless Tilapia, Pork Barbecue, Baked Scallops with garlic butter, Blue Marlin Belly, and Simply Grilled Giant Squid. We were all impressed with the delicious flavors and couldn't resist finishing every last bite, despite being completely stuffed. It was a truly satisfying meal that we all enjoyed.
Our experience in mesa aura was very very bad! you know wat happen? the story goes like this, we been there last week, we are 13 persons, therefore we order a lot of food, from appetizer, main course and dessert. the problem was, they squeezed us into 2 table only in which the table is only good for 8 persons. i approached the service crew to transfer us into longer table but she refused. then, they served the food, the food is not fit in the entire table. so, another problem happened. i approached again the crew to transfer us, then refused again. then i say, if you dont want us to transfer into bigger table then you might transfer the other persons to another small table. then refused again. WOW! what kind of services is this? then, i told to the crew, if you don't want to transfer the other person in to the other table, i'll cancel all the food that haven't served. then they hesitate to transfer the other person to the small table.then, all the dessert that we ordered, they served to wrong customer once then serve to wrong customer twice then until it reached to the right customer. what the disaster experienced at mesa sm aura. i will not recommend this restaurant to my fellow doctors and friends.
Manila is full of hit-or-miss Filipino fare, leaving many travelers with the impression that all Filipino food is bad. In my experience, Mesa delivers a consistently safe, high quality, and tasty dining experience. I recommend the Laing Two Ways along with your favorate barbecued meat. Douse your meat in the "BBQ sauce" and vinegars on the table, simply masarap (delicious)!
