I love Mamou. Their Lorenzo Truffle Cream pasta is just to die for. You'll never get enough of it. The Ribeye is flavorful, but I wish they would season it a little more. You can season it yourself, but they serve you rock salt, so it's not really evenly distributed. I've tried Mamou in Rockwell and in Serendra. I like the ambiance in Rockwell better. It's better to eat it there than to order take out because Ribeye... View all feedback.
What Javier Mueller doesn't like about Mamou:
This is an example of a restaurant that is resting on its laurels. The prime rib we had was poorly prepared - unseared, unseasoned, and the wrong size (they had gotten the order wrong). For almost 2K pesos, one would expect something pretty darn good, not something that gives us much satisfaction as the overstaying roast beef on hotel buffets. Mamou is perfect for date nights and chill nights. Service is really good. Very attentive! Serving size is generous. Value for money? Yes. It's something you would want to splurge on. Their Lorenzo's truffle cream pasta is one of the best and really lives up to its description of al dente! It truly is. I just love it. Angus ribeye USDA prime grade steak is sooooo good. Just look at the photo below. Gaaah! Barcia's strips for appetizer is something I wouldn't order again. Not that it's not good, it just tastes weird for me. Kinda sweet when I was expecting it would be on the salty side especially that it comes with a garlicky vinegar. Overall, I love mamou! Will always come back.
Some of the best steak we have ever tried in the Philippines. Don't forget their sides of steak rice and creamed spinach! Never disappoints, always done right :)
The steaks is too oily and slated salty..... I would say if you you like Philippines food you will like it but if you like real steak …you have other better choices. Suggest try Ruth's Chris! For me ! That's a real steak!

It's better to eat it there than to order take out because Ribeye and the Truffle Cream Pasta are served with oil and you wouldn't eat it at it's best version if you take it out. Some people find Mamou to be quite expensive, but I vouch that it's worth every penny.
