If you're looking for a place where you won't have to hurry eating, and where you can linger over paella and top it off tintos de La Rioja, this is the place to be. If you're looking for genuine paella cooked in the traditional Valencian way, Arrozería offers the most genuine experience. Salud! View all feedback.
What Kira Kreiger doesn't like about Arrozeria:
Been here twice. Paella is inconsistent. The first time the paella was seasoned perfectly and was the right consistency. The second time, it seemed everything we ordered was so bland. Although the restaurant was full on my second visit, the paella tasted like it was rushed and the meat was made in advance. The lengua was completely tastless and extremely oily.I think the restaurant has great potential. They just need... View all feedback.
The paella was delicious and served hot! The alcoholic drinks and dishes we ordered were also fantastic, and the prices were reasonable compared to Hong Kong. The only downside was that there were flies outside where we were seated.
I am someone who appreciates good quality food, so I don't mind paying a higher price. However, my experience at Arozzeria left me feeling like I had been ripped off. The portions were not generous at all. We ordered a Paella, a surf and turf platter, callos, fried calamari, and a bottle of wine. The bill was high, but the quality of the food did not match the price. The callos dish had tripe pieces with sauce only, without any chorizo or other ingredients. The calamari was sliced long and lacked flavor. The meat on the surf and turf platter was tough and hard to chew. Overall, I had a negative experience and regret giving this restaurant a second chance. I had also tried them in Century City before and was disappointed. I will not be returning. Sorry guys, but you let me down again.
I only came to try their paella, which was delicious. They also have a good selection of wines. I must come back soon to try more of their dishes.
The best Spanish food in Philippines the paella is just perfect and the cauliflower with cheese is amazing to the service is really good great localization and really good price for the excellent quality of food they have the manager Alvaro Martinez always take care...of us
My wife and I wanted to try something different apart from our usual go to's. I relied on the web to guide me and it took us here. It was a quite evening, apparently with just a couple of tables occupied. Hmmmm...not too good a...sign. I thought, maybe it was just a slow night. So we ordered. We began with a charcuterie board with some excellent cheeses and cold cuts. I thought the order was a bit minuscule but I had ordered the small board anyway. But the Paella ala Rossejat was such a pleasant surprise! It was different. It was good. And it was such a pleasant surprise that brought back memories of the range of paellas we had on our trips to Spain. Perfectly cooked, with the right kind of rice and chunky meats, this paella was superb. The sangria we had with it was strong enough to match the hearty flavours. It's worth a try. But service can be a bit more friendly, I think. With so few tables occupied, I thought they could have been more solicitous. A smile would have been perfect. But alas, it was not to be.
