We agree on the good quality of the music played here... read more Castelin has been a classic in Taggia for about 40 years. Nowadays is more a location for jazz live shows. We agree on the good quality of the music played here, but is not anymore a place to recommend for eating. It's a pity, since everybody know the place and appreciated it in the past. But the owners are not willing to offer a valuable service, nor kindness. Prices are low, but it's not a bargain at all. Go there to listen to music, but if you are looking for a special meal, you should consider other options.

Found by chance on the internet and chosen for the strategic position in our journey back by car from the spagna. at first there was no room, but after a few mi... read more Found by chance on the internet and chosen for the strategic position in our journey back by car from the spagna. at first there was no room, but after a few minutes, through fb they confirmed that they had found a place for two. thanks again for the availability and courtesy shown in the confirmation of the reservation (the room was overflowing. ) we ate very well and spent very little. to return to us especially (even if nn own way) to try again the goats of food and the atmosphere of the place.
