Cion Virge is located near Tagbilaran Airport, making it convenient for tourists with early check-ins looking to pass the time. However, the food here is overpriced for the quality. The halo-halo was tasty and they customize the ingredients based on the ice cream flavor you pick. The service was a bit slow in my experience.
