Cion Virge is located near Tagbilaran Airport, making it convenient for tourists with early check-ins looking to pass the time. However, the food here is overpriced for the quality. The halo-halo was tasty and they customize the ingredients based on the ice cream flavor you pick. The service was a bit slow in my experience. I came to this restaurant for breakfast and ended up just getting instant coffee and an omelette. There weren't many healthy choices on the breakfast menu.
