If you're craving for halo-halo, try their special/ube flavors. The ice has a smooth creamy texture to it that somehow replaces ice cream already. The halo-halo is topped with a chunk of leche flan and corn flakes, while ingredients such as saba (cooked sweet banana), gelatin, coconut, ube and other stuff, are sitting on the bottom of the flavored ice. I wasn't able to take a pic of other food we ordered but here's a breakdown: Pork Adobo with mango glaze (or something like that) -pretty good. Serves two to three people. The dish has big chunks of meat that were probably marinated well coz they were tender, and juicy. There were a few small pieces of mango on the plate. The sauce was delicious actually, with a good balance of the traditional adobo sauce, and sweet tangy goodness of mango. Sotanghon guisado -it was good; not too salty and had a good balance of flavors. It was a bit too oily for me though. It had a good amount of toppings. Serves 2-3 people. Atmosphere is pretty nice, some servers seemed happy to be there. They were attentive, and friendly. Seats (we were seated on the couch) were comfy, and place was clean.
