When the hos... read more It wasn’t about the seating availability; it was about the fact that we were clearly next and deserved to be recognized for our time spent waiting. When the hostess returned, she said, "Oh, actually, let us first clean up a table for you guys," which meant we had to wait even longer. This really tarnished our experience. We eventually ordered our food and started eating. The server attempted to apologize for the hostess's behavior. Later, the hostess came to our table to let us know she had given us a discount and offered her "apology" for our experience. However, she provided an excuse saying it was difficult to keep track because there were too many people coming in. I didn’t find this excuse helpful; it was clear we were first in line, and she had been informed. I hope they can improve their seating system, perhaps by implementing a check-in process or taking names, to ensure they can keep track of the order more effectively.

Great sausage gravy on hash browns in two corn meal waffles. A must have is the Pearl Waffle. The Very Berry Medleyrocks and the Chicken and Waffles with Habanero sauce is to die for.
