Super nice guy that clearly loves his trade. I just swung in to pick up a few macaroons because I've read such great things and they were worthy of every 5 star review they've received. You know somebody takes pride in what they do when they are apologetic for only having 5 freshly made varieties to choose from.. Who could possibly be mad at that? Keep doing what you do.
