The server did not greet us, did not tell us her name, did not introduce the establishment, or tell us the daily specials. When asked about the IPAs on tap, she had little to no knowledge on the subject and told us it had been a while since she tried the IPAs. She checked on us once during our dinner and seemed very disinterested in her part of the customer service role. I would recommend this place for takeout ONLY. The sandwiches were pretty amazing. Sadly food quality has gone downhill in the past few weeks. I have been a longtime customer, and observed that the Kitchen is serving lower quality ingredients/substandard portions. i.e., smoked salmon Caesar has significantly less salmon and no longer includes breadsticks; sandwiches such as Beef Beecher’s includes significantly less Beecher’s cheese. It’s a shame this will no longer be one of my regular lunch spots.

Great service, but not much choice for non-alcoholic drinks.

The huge selection of beer and delicious food is only made better by the incredible staff!

I was so happy to see that the field roast slices added to the vegan sandwich again, instead of the leaves. Unfortunately, there was not so much filling in the sandwiches.
