Additionally, I stood i... read more I had a disappointing experience at this KFC. I waited 18 minutes for a sandwich and a four-piece meal, only to receive the wrong order. Additionally, I stood in line for 10 minutes without anyone attending to me, even though there were several customers ahead. When I finally got my food, it was so dry that it was nearly inedible. I don’t usually expect much from KFC, but this was truly below par.

Dark meat shouldn't mean you're free to substitute whatever you like! Considering how much KFC charges for those tiny Cornish hen-sized pieces of chicken, it shouldn’t be too difficult to pay attention to what customers are asking for. And why does every KFC always seem to run out of chicken? It’s right in the name—Kentucky Fried Chicken! KFC has become laughably overpriced and frustrating!
