No frills pho. Order then seat yourself. Location is a little questionable but you're eating inside so it's not really relevant. The pho was very good. Rich broth. The beef slices were very tender! Mediocre food. Big portion. Tofu is fried, not steamed or grilled and doesn?t indicate on the menu nor do they ask. You have to order and pay first at the bar. Depressing looking place. The water fountain at the entrance is so loud it sounds like your faucet is always running. Gives you a headache. Also they ran out of Vietnamese Coffee. At least the service was friendly.
