I've wit... read more Hey Chipotle, how is it that you sell hundreds, even thousands, of burritos each week, yet no one on your staff seems to know how to roll one properly? I've witnessed some of the wildest burrito-rolling techniques at this location. Seriously, if you visit, skip the burrito and opt for a bowl instead, or be ready to spend the next 15 minutes cleaning up salsa!

I gave it another try recently, but unfortunately, the same issues occurred. Overall, I'm feeling quite sad and disappointed.

For $12.50, I expected more than just rice... read more I had a terrible experience at Chipotle today. I went in for lunch and ordered a steak burrito, but it was terrible. For $12.50, I expected more than just rice – it should have had real steak. I also ordered a large bag of chips with cheese sauce, but the chips were stale and tasted like they were made a week ago. To make matters worse, the cheese sauce was ice cold. When I spoke to the manager about my concerns, he asked me to leave. While he can tell me to leave, I will definitely be sharing my experience so others think twice before dining there. I understand that COVID-19 has brought challenges, but that doesn't mean customers should be shortchanged, especially when I spent $25 on a burrito and chips. I could have gone to an actual Mexican restaurant and had a better meal for less money.
