For instance, when I paid for eight shots of coffee, I expected to receive all eight shots, not be charged for the leftover twelve ounces in the blender. I wouldn't recommend spending your hard-earned money at a place that takes advantage of you. I traveled all the way to Puyallup and received much better service from the staff there. Overall service rating: 1/5.

There were three employees working, but it took over 30 minutes for my order to be processed, even though there were only two cars in front of me, and they each only ordered one drink. I probably won't return to this location. Food rating: 2/5.

Worse customer service ever... read more Waited in line while the workers all talked to a car in front of me. Petting a dog. Mind you this person didn’t even order anything. Worse customer service ever. When I asked if they had a nice conversation, the girl at the window proceeded to tell me that she didn’t have to serve me. This is not how you run a business specially, during a rush hour for people to get coffee you should have your workers there working not having conversations at the window for 10 to 15 minutes.

I tried to contact them when I placed an order immediately to have milk changed because online didn't give an option and they did not answer. When they did they didn't change the milk in my drink. Could not drink any due to dairy allergy so thats $15 wasted.

I attempted to reach out right after placing my order to request a milk substitution, as there was no option available online. They didn’t respond initially, and when they finally did, they didn't make the requested change to my drink. Unfortunately, I couldn't consume it due to a dairy allergy, resulting in a $15 loss.
