I like going to the KFC on 3rd Street, near the Old Watertower, in Lethbridge because the food is always served hotter and crispier compared to the KFC on Mayor Magrath South. The young man at the drive-thru window is excellent and always asks if you want ketchup. I also appreciate that they always include salt and pepper with my 4-piece meal. View all feedback.

Bad service. I ordered online and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, I'll show them I'm here to pick up my order and they haven't even begun. There were 2 other people in front of me and 6 more in front of me. They all get their food except the last two have not yet their food. Awesome service fast and polite, excellent food
Aug 30,22- Broke down for a crispy chicken sandwich. Was wonderful with mozzarella, bacon very worth it big chicken breast. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Very tasty sandwich. Finally woke up made a worthwhile sandwich. 5 stars Poorest product we’ve ever had as fried chicken. Must have been re-heated several times over lunch teetering on supper rush. Won’t waste my money on it again. Very poor product and very dissatisfied

This restaurant deserves five stars because after their delivery driver mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, the female manager remade the order and personally delivered it to us. Thank you to her!
I decided to try the double down for lunch and it was quite good. It's been a while since I've had one, and I was surprised by how much bigger it was than I remembered.

This is the third time I came to Tabor KFC. It is currently 5:12 in the afternoon came for a 9 piece bucket and was said it would be a 25 minutes waiting. That's the third time I came after my shift that ends at 5:00. Over the last two months. What happened to Fast Food? Do you have to buy some frites? Totally unacceptable. Don't come back!
Bad bad service, bought a bottle of pop and no cups, went back for cups and they didn't want us cups, no ketchup, no salt, even wanted to calculate for ketchup, never again will I visit Taber KFC, and no one plays with my KFC,... but that was not pleasant, and if service is bad so does the good taste, poor...

We enjoy kfc, restrictions are all raised, at the door is a sign, no eating inside, so don't eat here and will be back for a long time
We did the drive thru and no one spoke to us on speaker. Drove up to window and placed order. Staff appeared new and inexperienced. Lots of staff. Got our order and drinks were flat but we did not discover that until we were back...at hotel. Oh well lesson learned. For what we paid it was not worth it. I had a to ask staff if he wanted me to pay for my order.
