The manager knows nothing about customer service.They rarely make a drink right. They also burn the wraps consistantly. The drinks were usually bitter . The manager always loves to talk over you and tells you that's the way the drinks are made.She even made sure they were made right. The manager always loves to talk over you and tells you that's the way the drinks are made.She even made sure they were made right. It's hard to believe they let it go on.I would never recommend this place.They are rude and do not care.They fire got tired of making bad drinks and told me to never come back.I now go to another one and they know how to make a drink and not burn a wrap.
I just went to this location this morning. This is the terrible location. The staff are unfriendly, the people that come here do not have the bandwidth to use the touchscreen to order. The drink I got was horribly made and was not even correct. Avoid this place. Lastly, the parking lot is terrible people do not understand what the purpose of the arrows that are.
TERRIBLE customer service, one of the managers were INSANELY rude, and the worker’s attitudes were overall horrible, they clearly do not care about their customers, I recently saw one of the managers bullying a worker, and I was in COMPLETE distraught.
DISGUSTING!!!!First of all I ordered a bacon egg cheese on a bagel (through the drive thru) for my son and when I got home it was on a croissant so I had to return back to the store for the RIGHT ITEM.Then, upon returning home I took a bite into my croissant with butter and a long BLACK CURLY HAIR came out of my mouth from the bite I took! COMPLETELY GROSS UNACCEPTABLE.Lastly I called 4 times and the phone just kept ringing and ringing and finally hung up after a minute or so.BOTTOM LINE- DO NOT GO TO THIS DD.they obviously don’t care about service or the company.
