Wendy's - Syracuse

I don't expect perfection from any fast food restaurant, but this particular Wendy's has some significant issues with both quality and order accuracy. However, I do want to highlight how friendly the staff is every time I visit. Their positive attitude towards customers says a lot, especially considering the challenges the fast food industry faces with staffing and turnover. To all fast food workers, thank you for your hard work in providing quick and convenient meals—it is truly appreciated.

I placed my order using the app and picked up my meal from this Wendy's. Everything was exactly as I requested. The burgers were juicy and fresh, made just the way I like them. Having worked at Wendy's about a year or two ago, I know how to customize my orders effectively. There's a blue button on the touchscreen that lets you create your own order, which I found very helpful. I enjoy loading my burgers with plenty of vegetables, but I prefer a smaller sandwich, so I decided to order two double stacks to customize them just the way I wanted.
