Wendy's - Syracuse

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. I waited in the drive-thru for an excessive amount of time, so I eventually went inside, only to find out they don't offer in-store dining. The management really needs to address the issues at this location as it reflects poorly on the Wendy's brand. The line was not moving at all, even though it wasn't even a peak time of day. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. My experience was terrible, as it caused me to be late for an appointment and I didn't even get to place an order.

After waiting 17 minutes during my visit to the restaurant, my order still hadn't been taken. I didn't want to return when I was starving and it was my last chance to eat.

I usually enjoy Wendy's for its familiar fast food, so I don't expect much. However, every time I go to this location, the service varies from good to bad due to new staff and a rude manager. I will not be visiting again!

Ordering foods on delivery app. ordered nuggets, frits, burgers and drinks for 2 adults and 2 children. all nuggets were spicy, although I asked for regular. the nuggets were for a 4 and 3 year old child. the 3 years old is epileptic and has ketotic hypoglycemia and can not have spicy foods. all the fries were missing. all the burgers were missing. two drinks ordered. you tasted as if it had been cut with water and the other drink fruit/syrup roch spoiled.

It was okay, I got the 1 combo without cheese, but the bungalow was stale, that's the only thing I didn't like, it wasn't a fresh bungalow
