The bathrooms are in disarray, with no paper towels and non-working hand dryers. Individually, these issues may not seem like much, but together they create a less than stellar dining experience.

I guess I fell for the new ones with steph cur... read more Rude staff. the location looks terrible inside and outside. the “Oven” was so out that no hot subparts or panini. I guess I fell for the new ones with steph curry and charles barkley because the sandwiches taste so artificial, I recommend going to any other sandwich shop or at the at least one other subway location, because this is by far the worst in the Syracuse area.

They used to be really good and have awesome employees but the past few times I’ve been there have been very frustrating. The employees move slow, and not just like “oh sorry we’re backed up” slow but like “I’m a disgruntled employee and I’m purposefully trying to make people as irritated as I am by moving in slow motion” SLOW. The employees always seem miserable and angry and again, the past few times I’ve been there at least a few people have walked out while waiting in line, I’m not impatient either They just take THAT long.
