Panera Bread - Syracuse

The sandwich was absolutely perfect, and I was greeted with smiles from everyone there. As I left, each person thanked me, making for a wonderful start to my day. Thank you, Panera!

I had a wonderful experience at Panera Bread. I tried the strawberry salad, and it was outstanding. The mango smoothie with Greek yogurt was equally delicious—so tasty! Next time, I’ll remember to take a photo and hopefully add it to this review. It’s definitely worth it!

I decided to give this location a try because all the others nearby have been disappointing. Unfortunately, this one didn't break the trend. I ordered a half grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The soup was just average since they don’t prepare it in-house and simply heat it up. But honestly, how can you mess up a grilled cheese? It's just cheese between two slices of bread that's supposed to be toasted! Somehow, they managed to do just that. This is another Panera location that I'll be adding to my "avoid" list.

I ordered a sandwich, expecting more than just bread. For $12, I anticipated more than a single slice of beef. To make matters worse, the Chai I ordered tasted like warm milk. Thanks for nothing, Panera!

I stopped in during my break for my favorite green goddess salad, but unfortunately they were out of avocado and red onions, which was disappointing. I had a lengthy wait of 20 minutes after already waiting 10 minutes at the kiosk. When I finally sat down to eat, I noticed that the tables were really dirty. I understand they’re busy, but they should have staff stay an hour after closing to clean up the place!
