Johnny Rockets - Syracuse

Hidden here after a long working day and was greeted and maintained by Hannah. The salads themselves were tasty and fresh, especially when you look at it, a fast food match, but I was really blown away by the service and could not help but notice how much care and attention Hannah gave not only to me, but all tables. Really one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of waiting. A real asset for the company makes it a manager!

I've been to this airport location twice and have chosen to sit at the bar because Rick is awesome! The food was great, we didn't wait long. The lights were flickering in the bar and someone needs to fix them! I can't imagine having to work an entire shift like that it's VERY straining on the eyes. In my opinion this is the only place to eat and drink in a great atmosphere at the airport.

One star because zero wasn 't avaliable. Sat for 20 minutes without being waited on. As we left, we said just lost customers! And the manager said I don 't even care Don 't go if you need to eat between flights...you 'll never get served and apparently they don 't care! less!

This Johnny Rockets is a solid option for travelers waiting to catch their flight (or killing time before heading home). There is a good amount of seating available, both booths and barstools. The food is not healthy but it is reliably quick and tasty. I have ordered the milkshakes and tater tots several times and never been disappointed. The ambiance is about what you'd expect for any airport restaurant. Solid, dependable, but nothing special: four stars. *Note: this review is from experiences pre-Covid.
