I was disappointed with the lack of proper training on gluten-free options at this restaurant. Despite their claim to offer gluten-free items, the staff at this location did not properly prevent cross-contamination. I witnessed an employee handling regular bread and then touching each meat without using any protective covering, exposing the meats to gluten. The restaurant offers excellent service with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and serves dishes made with top-notch ingredients.
