I stopped by on a whim on a Friday afternoon and saw a line out the door, which is usually a good sign. After placing my order, I found myself waiting—and waiting. Meanwhile, customers who arrived much later were getting their meals and leaving. When I finally inquired about my order, the man taking orders searched around and eventually discovered my food sitting by the front door among the pickup orders. He insisted it was still warm, but after a 4-minute drive home, it was completely cold and soggy from condensation. I tried reheating the fish in the oven, and it turned out alright, but the French fries were beyond saving. I'm really disappointed.
