Was Linda James at Dunkin' a mag?
Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, egg wrap, hot coffee and carmel ice coffee. Everything was made to order and good! No problems! Staff was friendly! We parked in handicap as my husband has the plates on our car! This was the second time this happened, so I cannot let it go. I wish there was a 0 rating for service. I walked in to buy a cup of coffee stood 2nd in line for 5 minutes at the counter. Was never looked at or asked for my order. 4 employees running around filling orders from the app or door dash. There are about 8 of those customers standing around also.. This is not progress people, this is chaos. When a person standing at the counter for 5 minutes can't get an order taken because the app and doordash are taking precedence, it's time to walk out which I did. I don't blame the employees. But this is a ridiculous business model.

Does not keep the sidewalks clear of snow and ice in front of the business. Elderly and handicapped people have to walk through ice and snow. Part of owning A business is keeping sidewalks in front of your business safe for pedestrians.
