The count... read more I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant because you could watch as they prepared your food. However, recently it has become quite risky to eat here. The counters are covered with meat and dairy products, which can easily slide onto your food as it is being prepared. It's common to see one person making your dish while another reaches over with a full scoop of meat, accidentally dripping it onto your food. Moreover, meat and cheese often end up in containers with vegan ingredients, such as cheese in the salsa or meat mixed in with the tofu.

Additionally, I heard... read more I recently tried the bean burrito at this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. It was made fresh and quickly. Additionally, I heard that the Soyfrito (sofrito marinated tofu) burrito will be coming to all locations in the Syracuse area at the end of February, which is exciting news according to the management. Hurray!
