Meat and dairy pro... read more I chose to dine at this restaurant because I liked that I could see the food being prepared. However, my recent experience was disappointing. Meat and dairy products were carelessly placed on counters and slid over the serving area. As one person prepared my food, another reached in with a handful of meat and dropped it onto the dish being made for someone else. Meat and cheese also accidentally fell into containers with vegan ingredients, contaminating them.

The count... read more I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant because you could watch as they prepared your food. However, recently it has become quite risky to eat here. The counters are covered with meat and dairy products, which can easily slide onto your food as it is being prepared. It's common to see one person making your dish while another reaches over with a full scoop of meat, accidentally dripping it onto your food. Moreover, meat and cheese often end up in containers with vegan ingredients, such as cheese in the salsa or meat mixed in with the tofu.

It took about 15 minutes for the worker to start my food, while 4 people were starting and ignoring me completely. The workers seem to be just a bunch of college kids who don’t have any manners at all. I asked for a burrito and he started to prepare a bowl. It took till I asked for chicken for him to figure out that I wanted a burrito. Then start just throwing everything onto the burrito wrap. At the end I asked for a receipt and did not receive it. Will definitely call corporate to resolve this situation.

When I called their customer service number, I was only met with a pre-recorded message and no option to address the issue directly. I was redirected to their website, where I tried to submit a request for the correct order. Instead of sending me the food I originally ordered, they provided a free BOGO coupon. I don't want to spend more money on two additional burritos; I just want the one I ordered in the first place.
