I cannot comment on the customer service, but the cupcakes at this restaurant are absolutely delicious! I adore the different flavors and decorations, and they are incredibly moist. Just one cupcake is enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. I am willing to drive at least 30 minutes just to indulge in these treats. The only downside is the poor parking situation. View all feedback. I love the cupcakes from here but the manager was extremly rude and inconsiderate. The image on the cookie cake printed unclearly and bad quality. The manager refused to believe so, very strange because on instagram their photos the the cookie pies look great, unfortunately that wasnt the case for me. View all feedback.
