This is the ideal spot for a break during my bike ride. There are plenty of local microbrews available, and the patio is lovely. The live music is fantastic, and the place is clean. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent! View all feedback.
Great place . What’s there the other night while they were dealing with a difficult table . Felt like restraunt handled good . Wife even left a review saying how good the restraunt handled it and that table found my wife and messaged her then left a comment ?
We had Savannah this evening and she was amazing there was a table of what looked like teens that were being huge jerks to her because their food took a while. They should definitely not go out to eat if they can’t act right. Savannah is amazing and I hope she doesn’t let what these idiots did ruin her night!
I wasn 't planning on leaving a review but unfortunately after reading a review that was posted about our table and how it was responded to by the owner makes me feel a little bit more upset.Starting off, our party of 6 had sat down and the 4/6 of us ordered alcohol. We never hesitated to show ID and the server looked them over. She then came back with our 2 waters and a Pepsi. She told us that her manager had looked over at us and requested her to grab our IDs and scan them to make sure they were real because we looked underage.... which is fine. The first issue was that our IDs were kept for well over 10-15 minutes with no straws or no waters offered for the other people in the group who have been waiting on their drink. What had irritated us is that if the manager on duty had noticed we looked underage, why did he not grab our IDs himself and/or apologize for the delay since they were in his possession for so long. One of the people in our party decided to see what was going on and while she was asking whoever was up there by the bar, someone walked past her and said we 're making sure they 're real with an attitude. We then finally got our drinks and placed our order 30 minutes after sitting down. We never brushed her off. I ordered the pickle bread as an appetizer that ended up taking quite long. After waiting for our food that felt like forever, a party of 6 and another party sat down after we got there and ended up with their food well before us. Since it was taking so long we requested to speak with a manager and we let him know about our experience and not once did he apologize. All he did was explain why they needed to see the IDs and that a lot of fakes are going around and he used to know someone who made them. He said the server felt uncomfortable serving us because she thought they were fake which like I said earlier she blamed that on the manager. We weren 't mad about our IDs needing to be scanned, we were mad about the inconvenience without an apology and how our food took longer then other tables with the same amount of people. At the end he said he was going to check on our food. He came back with the food and just dropped it off. No apology again even though we asked several times. We then requested the manager again because nothing was done about it. Also how could I forget that one of the hostess called me a B for complaining and the 3 girls up front kept staring, talking bad, and rolling their eyes. We complained that the food took so long for the 2nd time and he stated that it the ticket was under 20 minutes which was not the case and it might 've been a server error. We told him to check the cameras and he told us he didn 't have access? We told him about the fact his employees were name calling and he was very defensive and believed his staff wouldn 't do that. There was no attempt to fix the situation once so ever and I believe as a manager you should try your best to deescalate the situation and invite us back with some sort of compensation instead of just arguing. This is why us teens (who had alcohol at the table lol) were frustrated. Not just the server... the way the situation was handled by your manager. I will say the food was awesome even after the situation and I would love to go back if he would 've apologized at least once before we had to ask 5 times.
After waiting for the hostess to acknowledge our party of 3, we were sat outside on the patio as we asked. Waited 12 minutes at the table without anyone coming over to take a drink or food order. We then went inside and sat at the bar. Placed our food and drink orders and got everything fairly quickly. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and had 3 bites and it was super salty. I had the 2 others I was with try it and they agreed. When asked by the bartender how everything was, I said I just can 't eat the soup, it 's way too salty. She simply said OK and took it away. She then told me that the manager was going to go try the soup and see what was wrong with it. When I saw the manager walk by later, I stopped her to ask if she tried the soup, and she said it tasted fine to her, just spicy, and walked away. The soup was honestly horrible with little to no chicken in it as well. The reaction from the bartender saying OK and the fact that they acted like I shouldn 't have suggested the food wasn 't good, was just ridiculous. Not to mention, I had to ask for the soup to be taken off the bill.I guess customer service, is a thing of the past!
Always good food and good service but it tends to get very loud due to the openness and it echoes. Haven't tried sitting outside yet, but everyone seems to love it! Great nostalgia on the walls of Sylvania and of NV and SV. Very kid friendly. I miss the egg rolls! ?Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
