What User dislikes about Te'kela:
The food at this restaurant was not the best. The cheese queso was great, but the chips were thick. The chicken had no taste at all, and the sweets were crispy. The steak fajita chimichanga had no taste, and I found bits of wobbly skin in it. I spent $40 on this meal and received a $3 discount for the wobbly piece, but overall the food was not great. Drinking was good. the food had a good taste. unfortunately the service left something to wish and was not welcome. we would like to have a higher server return rate for ordering drinks.
Went to pick up an order and was completely ignored by staff. The restaurant had no one in it and they just stood in the back and kept looking out the window at me hoping I would go away or something then more customers walked in and they walked by and completely ignored me and helped them. Hands down the rudest and most ignorant staff I have ever dealt with. And the food is always so dry you have to take a drink just to be able to swallow without choking. Dry and disgusting food with a horrendously rude staff
We will definitely be back.. Everything was fantastic... The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and the service was great!! The Margarita was at the top and I couldn't believe they had a happy hour on Saturday... Very cheap.. You will probably be using Togo boxes.
Place is amazing. The mood is very... live music, good food... Have fun in experience. As a Doordasher, this place is not my first choice, unless the top is really good. Waiting feels endless and while there is live music... 30 minutes for a 3 article order that was basically Nachos and Dips... It feels really slow.
