What Butterfly Butterfly doesn't like about Kfc:
Terrible!! Drive through attendant was nice and repeated my order correctly but the cook needs to be trained! Very simple chicken tender meal with mashed no gravy and mac/ch. Tenders were old dry and way over cooked barely edible! Actually tried to take a few bites were so tough couldnt chew them! Mashed had gravy and the Mac/Ch was cold! Just picked up a 12 piece meal original. Got home the chicken was hard as it was clearly cooked to long. Hard to eat even worse whoever put it In the bucket had to know. Dry as could be. Unedible
They seem to mess up my order everytime I go to this kfc. This time ordered 3 piece box only got 2 piece chicken. Then couple weeks before they charged my daughters card 2xs. We call them they said they didn't. But it was charged then later that evening it was reversed after saying where coming back to store. Then time before that they charged me $1 for donation I didn't agree to. When I asked about it it was just the price n they couldn't change it. Then we was missing biscuits before that. I'm retired on fixed income n my grand loves kfc. But there really bad with service. N if they short people money n food like this it's a problem. One maybe 2 errors but everytime I go there. I guess I'm going to have to go to different kfc or stop my family for using the one on Laskey rd period. N maybe all kfc. Cause this is really inconvenient calling no answer then answer n have to go all way back to next day to try get fixed. To much. Especially everytime. Customer service truly stinks anymore. So sad.
Called and no one answered. I can’t use my driver window it needs fixed and the inside is supposed to be open yet it was locked. I didn’t get to eat lunch and had to go back to work upset.
No matter which KFC I go to, they always mess my order up. We ordered online, and they said they don’t have anymore chicken nor is the worker going to drop more chicken, with lines of people behind me which makes no sense. If we order online, we should get what we order, now we have to eat nothing but chicken tenders which isn’t the bucket of chicken we ordered. I have given KFC plenty of chances to fix the issues they have, and they haven’t. I won’t be coming back to any KFC ever again. You are business and I have seen several cars drive away which is money lost for you because you closed your chicken early. You are open to 11 so you need to provide the service which we paid for! And we waited for 30 minutes for our order, and the food was super cold.
I ordered a chicken breast and four wings through DoorDash. They were all the tiniest pieces of chicken that I’ve ever seen in my life. I put a nickel next to the breast before I took a picture so you could see how ridiculous it is.
