What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
The manager, Honey, is so rude!! She took my order wrong and then blamed me. It was a simple order. She also yelled at me while I had my kids in the car, the kids even commented on how rude she was. I have never seen costumer service so bad there! And that’s who we have training young employees about customer service? This industry is doomed! View all feedback.
